Inbound Numbers

Inbound services strengthen your professionalism and allow you to offer your customers the convenience of contacting your business for the cost of a local call or free from most fixed phones in Australia depending on the Inbound service you choose.

Your customers use the same number anywhere in Australia, regardless of the callers location and you can specify where the call is forwarded to. For example, if you have offices in each state you can redirect callers directly to their local office without transferring calls. There are a number of routing options available.

You can activate a new inbound number or bring your existing number from another provider and take advantage of our great rates.

Simplicity

Unlike other providers in the market, we’ve made our charges for Inbound services simple to understand and you’re in control over how much you pay. You simply pay a per minute rate based on where you are receiving the calls (fixed line or mobile) in addition to a low monthly fee. It’s that simple!
